Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge

  • No-Show: 100% of total rates.
  • Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Cancellation due to bad weather

  • Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
  • The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy (Read more about cancellation due to bad weather).

Children Policy

  • Child under 5 years sharing fully paid cabin with parents: No additional charge, limited to one child per cabin.
  • Child from 5 to 11 sharing fully paid cabin with parents: Charge 75%, limited to one child per cabin
  • Child from 12 and above are charged as adult
  • Shuttle bus: $20/person/round trip, pick up and drop off from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter only by luxury limousine car (Fuso D Car 18 seat)
  • Peak season surcharge: $35/person on 24 and 31 December
