Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam! You will be greeted by our tour guide and transfer directly to hotel in Hanoi. The hotel room will be available at 2:00pm, and in case that you would like to secure an early-check in, an additional charge will be applied.

The rest of this day is free at leisure. You might have a sleep to recover, or wander around for some own exploration, or consider taking part in one of our suggested activities below:

- Water Puppet Show: A traditional Vietnamese water performing art, at which Vietnamese folk tales, history and local lives are introduced via colorful puppets.

- Vietnamese Cooking Class or Foodie Tours: Food in Vietnam, especially Hanoi, is totally tasty and able to mesmerize any visitor. A short walk around Old Quarter for some of Hanoi’s best food, or participation in a fun Vietnam’s cooking class could be a good start to your journey in this lovely country.

Hoan Kiem Lake

Meet our representative at your hotel in Hanoi, and then we will begin our itinerary with the Temple of Literature. Being considered as the First University of Vietnam, the temple is a symbol of Vietnamese culture, at which you will explore not only the history of education in Vietnam, but also the fondness of Vietnamese for learning.

We then proceed our trip with a short visit Ba Dinh Square (from the outside) to hear the story of 2’September 1945, when a large ceremony were held at this place to declare Vietnam’s Independence. Continue wandering to Thanh Nien Road, one of the most poetic roads in Vietnam with two peaceful lakes on both sides, we stops for visiting Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda to obtain some knowledge on traditional religions in Vietnam, and enjoy the romantic beauty of this area. After lots of walking, now is time for sitting and tasting some of the most delicious Vietnamese dishes. Lunch is served at local restaurant.

Ceramic Artists, Ceramic Production Villages Famous Bat Trang

Today’s afternoon is joyful time for your family. We head our way to Bat Trang Ceramic Village, at which to whole family will be joining exciting pottery workshops together. There will be a little dirt, but in exchange to lots of fun and unforgettable moments to your family. Return to Hanoi in late afternoon.

Being listed as a world heritage with a mesmerizing beauty, Halong Bay is a must-see destination when you visit Vietnam. And there is no better way to witness this natural wonder than an overnight cruise trip, which is also included in this journey.

After breakfast in hotels in Hanoi, you will be leaving Hanoi on a 3,5 hours to Halong. Reaching the port at about mid-day, friendly and professional staff on the cruise, will support in check-in and arranging rooms, before you have lunch onboard with other guests while the junk heads to Halong Bay. There will be a plenty of exciting activities on-cruises, including sightseeing and visiting Thien Cung Grotto, beach activities like kayaking, or cooking class on deck with lesson on making Vietnamese traditional dishes. Dinner with fresh seafood is served at around 7:00pm (depending on cruise’s actual schedule), and the rest of the night is for you to enjoy tranquil atmosphere of the bay.

You might start your 2nd day in Halong with an early tai-chi class, or simply wake up and witness the amazing sunrise on the bay. Breakfast is served a bit later, with tea and bread, while the vessels continue cruising through rock islands and returning to base. Reaching the port, our transfer is waiting to bring you directly to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Danang City.

We arrive at Danang in the evening. Our driver is waiting outside to pick you up and bring you to Hoi An Old Town which is about an hour of driving. Check-in to hotel in Hoi An, and enjoy the rest of the night on your own.

Hoian Acient Town

Hoi An is an old port town, which was founded with mixture of different cultures from Vietnam to Japan, China and Europe. Fortunately, most of ancient constructions in this town have been conserved at unspoiled condition (although some of buildings are now using for commercial purposes), so travelers will have a complete understanding of history and diversity in culture of this historic place.

Our half-day excursion is simply walking. We will wander along old streets, cross several old houses; see how daily lives of local people are, and witness how historical elements of the town merging with modernity. We will also visit some of the ancient monuments from other nations, like the Japanese Covered Bridge or Fujian Assembly Hall of Chinese. And after some walking, a cold glass of traditional herbal drink from a street-side shop is the best way to refresh, and enjoy the true taste of Hoi An on your tongue. Last but not least, we will stop by a handicraft store, at which you and your family could directly see the creation of traditional Vietnamese lantern, and participate in a short workshop to make one for yourself.

Hoi An Acient town

After breakfast at the hotel, now is time for your family to experience how life of local family at countryside villages of Hoi An is. Drop at bicycle shop for pick-up your own transportation, we then ride to Tra Que Herbal Village. Going around the village, we join with local farmers in their daily agricultural works like raking the ground, fertilizing land or watering fields. Spending some hours enjoy unique activities with your beloved one, before returning to local house for lunch with delicious authentic dishes like spring rolls or local pancake “Bánh Xèo”.

Enjoying some minutes relaxing after lunch, we then continue our day with participation on harvesting and packaging Vietnamese herb with local family. Saying goodbye to our lovely local hosts, we then return to Hoi An. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Tra Que Herbal Village

We set-up no activities today so your family could have times for experience this old town by yourselves. You might take the whole lazy morning for relaxing and wandering around, and tasting some delicious street foods in town in the afternoon.

The morning is free at leisure until our driver shows up and takes you back to Danang international airport for flights to Ho Chi Minh City. Reaching the city after about 1.5hours flying, you will be shortly picked up by our representative and immediately transferred to hotel in city’s center. There will be no activities today, so you might spend time for refreshing before the next day’s itinerary.

Ho Chi Minh city

We start early from Saigon, and after around 2.5hour on bus, we arrive in Cai Lay. Settling on a small wooden boat, we are now on the way to explore the unique terrain of the area, with narrow canals and lush tree along their edges. Sometimes you might encounter “playful” fishes jumping out of the water, or typical crabs digging hole to hide themselves from danger. But more excitingly, you will change your clothes now to traditional Mekong costumes, before jumping into small swamp and participate in a funny “fish-catching by bare hand” contest with your partner and children.

Washing hand and back to local house, we have lunch with the fishes you have just caught and also taste the trademark “Elephant Ear” fish (Ca Tai Tuong).

After lunch, we spend other time visiting around the village with Xe Loi (motorized rickshaw) or horse-cart, and relax at fresh orchards, at which you are have relaxing time enjoying some of most luxuriant fruits in the garden (based on season), while listening to local band performing traditional Westland’s songs. Saying goodbye to this lovely land, we board our sampan back to the pier, and get on transfer to return to Saigon. Tour ends when we drop you back at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Let’s get up and have breakfast, and now we are on the way to explore some parts of this busy Ho Chi Minh City – the largest city in Vietnam. Some most highlighted attractions in the city will be included in the program today, like the Reunification Palace which was used to be working space of Republic of Vietnam’s President during Vietnam War, Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Post Office which are 2 unique constructions representing French Colonial time in Vietnam about hundred years ago, or Ben Thanh Market which is one of the largest trading place in the city. Lots of walking will be required, before having lunch at local restaurants.

In the afternoon, your family will experience a new aspect of Ho Chi Minh City – Saigon with participating in the joyful workshop at local art school. The activities will be simple, but fun and totally ensured a plenty of smile for you and your beloved one.

Return to your hotel after art sections, and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
